The Rawdat Al Khail Park, popularly known as Al Muntazah Park, was one of the oldest and largest parks located at the heart of the Doha. It was not fully functional, and the entry was restricted to the public for the last couple of years.
Al Muntazah Park beautified with wild ghaff, samar, sidra and a number of trees covered with golden yellow flowers is expected to reopen shortly, and it will be a spectacular sight for Doha residents.
The park is being redesigned and constructed by the Public Works Authority (Ashghal). Located on C-Ring Road, the park will provide social, environmental and recreational benefits to the public, as well as different facilities catering to the needs of visitors of all ages with a distinct green environment.
The park is spread over an area of 140,000 sqm, features a green arena spread over 105,000sqm with over 1,000 trees, more than 1,300m of pedestrian paths and enough car parking slots.
