The Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre hosted the Web Summit Qatar 2024, which was attended by the Amir, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Monday. HH the Amir was informed on the most recent advancements in the fields of innovation, digital initiatives, and electronic software while touring the pavilions of many significant participating international technological enterprises. In addition, he heard an explanation of the state-of-the-art digital and technological solutions for several large corporations, as well as emerging initiatives and participating institutions. The latter is the investment promotion programme "Start from Qatar," which aims to strengthen and support the leadership of the startup ecosystem in Qatar.
His Highness the Prince was joined on the tour by a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and top officials, as well as President Vjosa Osmani of the Republic of Kosovo, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the prime minister, and minister of foreign affairs.
