Football fans worldwide to reunite in Qatar this December for FIFA Intercontinental Cup finals

News EventFIFA's annual club football competition will make its debut in 2024 with the FIFA Intercontinental Cup. Champions of six continental confederations (Real Madrid Pachuca, Al Ahly, Al Ain, Auckland City, and the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores Winner, who has not yet been determined) compete in this event.
Al Ahly defeated Al Ain 3-0 in Cairo on October 29, 2024, after Al Ain had defeated Auckland City 6-2 on September 22, 2024, in the first two stages of the qualification.
Al Ahly, Real Madrid, Pachuca, and the yet-to-be-determined Copa Libertadores champion will all play in the finals in Qatar.

An estimated 170,000 tickets will be available for purchase for the three games, with prices starting at QR 40 for the first two and QR 200 for the final. Each spectator will be permitted to buy six tickets.
On November 21, 2024, tickets for the final three games will go on sale. Beginning on November 14, 2024, Visa cardholders will have access to a pre-sale period.
The FIFA Intercontinental Cup celebrates the essence of international club football by providing a stage for club champions from each confederation to play at the top level.
