Initiative announced facilitating qualitative licensing procedures for tourism establishments and businesses

A cooperative initiative that streamlines the licensing process for tourism establishments and enterprises was announced by Qatar Tourism's Tourism Licensing Department and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. This covers promotional offers, exclusive deals, discounts for festival-goers, discounts for loyal customers, and seasonal discounts. Through this effort, establishments can guarantee the security and efficiency of the licensing issue process by adhering to all laws and regulations.

In an effort to boost the travel industry, this cooperative project seeks to expedite and streamline the "Qualitative Licensing Services" application process for hotels and other lodging facilities. The goals of MoCI and QT are to limit the difficulties that organizations in the industry encounter when submitting applications for licenses to conduct promotions and price reductions, as well as the licensing processes related to festivals, events, and exhibitions. 

It was decided as part of the partnership to grant a one-time license that covers all deals and discounts provided by hotels, to be publicized via their marketing strategies. The primary division of Qatar Tourism, Visit Qatar, has declared that it will manage the "single-license" application process for organizations and individuals taking part in festivals and events. This move is expected to streamline processes and improve collaboration amongst different entities in the industry.

This protocol increases industrial opportunities, protects enterprises, and gives tourists a safer and better travel experience. This month, further accelerated and streamlined qualitative licensing services will be implemented.
