Kahramaa Mushairib Service Center

As part of Kahramaa's continuous development and commitment towards its valued customers, it has constructed the Kahramaa Customers Contact and Automatic Metering Infrastructures (AMI) Centre as a primary support facility and service center. Customers can visit any of KAHRAMAA service centers at, Musheireb, Al-Khor, Salwa, and the main branch at Al-Hilal. KAHRAMAA service centers receive customers Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. Moreover, customers can also visit KAHRAMAA offices at Government service complexes.

KAHRAMAA invites all customers to avail of the smart services available on KAHRAMAA website and mobile application to complete all services and requests without visiting KAHRAMAA or any service center. It saves effort and time.
