The "Flowers of My Country" exhibition, organised by the Cultural Village Foundation- Katara, opened on Monday in Katara. Attendees included media professionals, environmentalists, and ambassadors from several diplomatic missions to Qatar.
The exhibition, which is open until January 3, has 29 pieces of art including flowers that were grown in their natural habitat in Qatar, as well as works by hearing-impaired artist Dania Tariq at building 18 of Katara.
Dania has taken part in several shows both domestically and overseas, and she has had several unique displays with expressionist graphics to demonstrate to the world that tenacity overcomes disabilities.
