Ministry of Commerce and Industry nominated among finalists in the HRO Today Association Awards for Excellence

The HRO Today Association Awards for Excellence in Human Resources Management throughout the areas of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America have identified the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as one of the finalists. The Best HR Team of the Year, Business Partnership Excellence, Innovation in HR, individual prizes for HR Leadership and HR Excellence, and numerous more categories are among the many categories offered at this year's Human Resources prizes.

The Ministry's involvement in this programme is consistent with its efforts to assist human resources, which are grounded on a deep understanding of their critical role in achieving the Ministry's goals in accordance with the 2030 National Vision of Qatar.

Throughout its involvement, the Ministry showcased its accomplishments in managing and supporting human resources as well as aligning projects and programmes related to human resources with the Ministry's strategic aims. The Ministry has established plans to develop national talent, improve capacities, provide thorough training guidelines, and start programmes that would fortify company culture and foster innovation and creativity.

An annual programme called the HRO Today Association Awards is created to recognise outstanding human resources professionals, executives, and organisations. The awards are intended to highlight exceptional endeavours and accomplishments in the fields of communication, innovation, and collaboration.
