The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has recommended travelers to exercise caution when traveling to protect their safety and security. The MoI warned travelers in an X post not to carry other people's baggage without knowing what's inside, as this could cause delays in your trip and put you in danger of legal trouble. If passengers don't check their bags, they may be held legally responsible. If the country forbids the use of these items, the holder is fully liable, the MoI had previously warned.
The MoI has also cautioned against carrying any suspicious drugs or substances, stating that while some medications and narcotics may be legal in your nation, they are illegal in Qatar. "Avoid untrustworthy locations and unsavory company. Never be afraid to report a crime. Everyone has a shared responsibility for security, according to the MoI.
