NewsThe Qatar Foundation (QF) has started a project called BilAraby, which aims to empower and elevate the voices of Arabic speakers worldwide as well as their creative and inspirational ideas.
BilAraby intends to discover Arabic-speaking talent locally and internationally, giving them the chance to produce original and important content. Its introduction is a testament to the Qatar Foundation's continuous dedication to fostering concepts, tales, and experiences that uplift others and promote constructive social change both in Arab communities and globally.
BilAraby launched with the theme "Ideas have a voice and an echo," It will hold regional gatherings all year long, culminating in an annual summit that will provide a forum for thought leaders, artists, and innovators to express their ideas and promote constructive change.
By December 30, 2024, interested parties can apply to speak at BilAraby's 2025 Doha summit by uploading a five-minute video at https://form.jotform.com/qfdigital/bilaraby that summarizes their background, the concept they wish to present, and its importance.
In addition to encouraging people to reconnect with their roots and common identities, BilAraby aims to enhance community relationships and increase intellectual participation by promoting meaningful debates on a variety of issues.
In September 2024, BilAraby conducted a logo design competition with over 1,500 proposals from the Arab globe, as part of its aim on expanding audience participation across all phases of the program. At the major BilAraby meeting in Doha in April 2025, the winning design will be announced.
