The Qatar World Coffee Expo 2025 will take place at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) from January 23–25. It will bring together 340 exhibitors and thousands of attendees and is expected to provide a diverse range of innovative products, educational activities, and a lively coffee culture.
This year's expo, which is hosted by the Qatar Specialty Coffee Association (Qatsca), will feature the Roasters Village, Brew & Espresso Bar, and Cupping Rooms, making it a top event for the specialty coffee community.
Previously known as the "Doha International Coffee Exhibition 2023," the Qatar World Coffee Expo 2025 seeks to establish ties among coffee producers, manufacturers, merchants, and traders in the Middle East's thriving coffee sector.
Among the well-known attractions are the Roasters Village, which showcases the craft of coffee roasting; the Brew & Espresso Bar, where skilled baristas will be working; and special Cupping Rooms for expert tasting sessions.
The fair will also honor industry achievement with the Doha's Best Coffee Roasters Award and a Best Booth Award.
The National Championship, which serves as a forum for Qatar's coffee industry to come together and honor outstanding talent, is a significant highlight of this event.
The expo will host three major competitions.
The first is the Qatar National Barista Championship, which aims to advance the barista profession and attract a global audience by encouraging excellence in coffee preparation.
The Qatar National Latte Art Championship comes second, showcasing artistic expression while testing baristas' on-demand skills based on visual characteristics, originality, and pattern consistency.
The third competition is the Qatar National Cup Tasters Championship, which evaluates the quickness, dexterity, and precision of professional coffee cuppers in identifying variations in flavor among specialty coffees.
