The Sheikh Eid Bin Muhammad Al Thani Charitable Foundation is a Qatari humanitarian organizations that is concerned with the welfare of people in Qatar and abroad, and has been established in 1995. During its twenty-five-year humanitarian journey, it has implemented major humanitarian projects that have benefited millions around the world, and in these projects the foundation was integrated with the United Nations 17 SDGs which aim to eradicate poverty and hunger, maintain health, improve the quality of education and equality, provide clean water, and work to preserve the environment by investing in clean energy, providing job opportunities, contributing to industries, establishing and developing infrastructure, eradicating racial discrimination and creating sustainably living societies, recycling, expanding green life, and spreading a culture of peace and tolerance.
The Sheikh Eid Charitable Foundation is one of the Qatari humanitarian organizations concerned with human welfare in Qatar and abroad. It provides relief and subsidies, adopts educational, health and advocacy facilities, provides aid to the sick, the poor and the needy, and works on developing poor communities through medium and small development projects. Establishment The Sheikh Eid bin Muhammad Al Thani Charitable Foundation was established at the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1416 AH corresponding to 1/11/1995AD.
