Yalla Yoga goes straight to the source. They teach the actual foundations, such as living a life of non-violence and compassionate inaction (ahiṃsā), developing self-discipline and self-study (tapas and svādhyāya), and surrendering beyond ego (īśvara praṇidhāna). After we establish a consistent and loving practice that is truly ours, a solid ground (dṛḍha bhūmiḥ) begins to form effortlessly below us. 

Our aim at Yalla Yoga is to offer you practical tools that immediately effect your life. While the long-term gifts of Yoga are innumerable and unnameable, we can feel and trust the daily changes that begin to take place when we approach the practice earnestly and regularly. Yalla Yoga teaches from a place of discipline and devotion. We recognize the power of daily practice and the transformation that necessarily occurs when we are guided properly and lovingly.
