A unique package of postal services for beneficiaries of MOT's land and maritime transportation digital services

A collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Transport and Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) states that recipients of MOT's digital transportation services for land and sea transportation would have access to a special package of postal services.

In accordance with the agreement, MOT's beneficiaries will receive postal room and network services, as well as delivery services for senior customers, from Qatar Post. The company strives to offer efficient and dependable postal solutions, which will lead to superior performance, quicker transactions, easier procedures, and less time and effort.

Hassan Al Hail, advisor to the minister of transportation, and Hamad Mohammed Al Fahida, chief operating officer of Qatar Post, signed the deal together.

Al Hail stated that by establishing an environment that best facilitates the public's ability to obtain MOT-related services quickly and simply, the partnership with Qatar Post would further advance MOT's digital services system.

He went on to say that the deal also supports the Ministry's goals to keep enhancing its offerings by making them more user-friendly, available, and accessible wherever at any time, which will increase customer satisfaction.
