Appointment booking services for clinical imaging have been added to 16060 Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline

The 16060 Nesma'ak Customer Service hotline now offers clinical imaging appointment booking services as part of Hamad Medical Corporation's (HMC) ongoing commitment to enhancing the services provided to patients and the community. 

Services including arranging, verifying, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments, preparing for already scheduled appointments, providing feedback, asking questions regarding the MyHealth Patient Portal, and general inquiries about HMC services are all available through the 16060 Nesma'ak hotline.Services including arranging, verifying, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments, preparing for already scheduled appointments, providing feedback, asking questions regarding the MyHealth Patient Portal, and general inquiries about HMC services are all available through the 16060 Nesma'ak hotline.

The change was made to ensure that using HMC's services is as convenient as possible, according to Nasser Al Naimi, Chief of Patient Experience at HMC and Director of the Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute.

By assisting in ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality healthcare, the ongoing improvement of the 16060 Nesma'ak hotline is by the Third National Development Strategy 2024–2030.

Contacting 16060 at any time of day will now provide patients with customer service support. 

The 16060 Nesma'ak Customer Service hotline is open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
