Automotive show ‘Parade of Excellence’ took visitors on a parade of 100 luxurious dream cars

The famous Lusail Boulevard was a hive of activity on Thursday with hundreds of onlookers, vibrant, mobile cultural events, and an amazing procession of one hundred ultra-luxurious dream vehicles. The "Parade of Excellence" car display, which spanned 1.3 km of the Boulevard, was a feature of the first Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) Qatar. There was something for every automobile fan at the Boulevard, from the newest models with state-of-the-art technology to timeless antiques that looked like they had just stepped out of a museum.A wide variety of vehicles were on display during the parade, such as the legendary 1964 Ford Chevy with its characteristic blue stripes, the Datsun GT 240k, the Dodge Charger R/T, the Toyota MR2, the Ford Mustang, the Shelby GT 500, the Chevrolet Corvette C2, and the vintage 1964 Mercedes-Benz SR4.The "Urban Playground" engagement at GIMS Qatar featured a "Parade of Excellence," arranged in partnership with Elite Supercars and Sealine Circuit Sports Club - Mawater.

A dedicated central stage at Lusail Plaza Towers hosted an array of musical performers, DJs, and thought-provoking discussions as part of Urban Playground.
