NewsThe most popular real estate portal in the Middle East and North Africa, Property Finder, has introduced the innovative Property Finder Academy, a digital learning environment for real estate professionals that aims to raise industry standards by offering extensive training and development opportunities. Launched earlier this month at the second annual Property Finder Connect event, the Academy represents a major step forward in the PropTech company's continued mission to promote openness and trust in the real estate industry.
About 50,000 real estate professionals, including administrators, brokers, and company managers, are expected to gain from the Academy. With 30 courses and themed catalogues that lead to three certification levels, a gamification tool that awards points for completing courses, and individually customised educational modules for decision-makers, agents, and administrators, it provides both seasoned professionals and aspiring industry newcomers with the opportunity to advance their careers.
Improved functionality, Arabic and partner-led content, webinars, human intelligence courses, and training scheduling are just a few of the new products and services the firm is expanding on.
Inaugurated by Khaled Al Obaidli, CEO of Qatar's Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Aqarat, approximately 200 local industry executives attended the Second Annual Property Finder Connect event, entitled "Future Forward: The Role of Trust and Technology in Real Estate." He praised the effort.
At the Connect event, Property Finder also unveiled its global tech-driven product roadmap, which addresses issues with supplier quality and agent behaviours in an effort to increase market transparency and confidence. The "triple A" movement, which can triple inventory visibility, generate more leads, and create a reliable marketplace, is the foundation of the plan. Property Finder's new PropTech methodology, guided by the mission of "Accurate, Authorised and Available" in its client profiling, has already resulted in the firm delisting over 250,00 properties internationally, hence increasing platform trust.
