Embassy of UK in Qatar announced that Qatar has been selected to join the UK’s Super Priority Visa service

The United Kingdom's (UK) Embassy in Qatar has declared that Qatar has been granted access to the UK's Super Priority Visa programme. The Embassy made this notification on its social media accounts. 

Customers who use the Super Priority Visa service may expect an accelerated procedure and a decision in two working days on average.  After completing their online application, applicants can visit the Visa Application Centre to request this service.

The embassy reminded all prospective visa holders in the same post that " "domestic workers must receive the national minimum wage in the UK during their employment period. Applicants may need to provide proof of this during the visa application process." 

The embassy further mentioned that 20,000 nationals of Qatar have already registered for the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system. 

Qatari nationals can visit the UK without a visa because to this arrangement. United Kingdom officials said in November 2023 that residents of Qatar were the first people in the world to take use of the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system.
