For the third year in a row, FIFA Technical Experts Workshop commenced in Doha. Twenty-four technical experts from the various national federations under the umbrella of FIFA, to discuss the technical leadership development programs that FIFA will implement in 2023 and beyond. The workshop activities continue on a daily basis from 11 am to 7:30 pm.
The workshop is attended by highly experienced coaches from the FIFA coaches and lecturers’ team, in addition to a group of technical managers and directors of football development in the continental federations, with the participation of a number of international coaches, and it will last for 5 days.
Secretary-General of Qatar Football Association Mansoor al Ansari indicated that Qatar's hosting of these international events reflects its commitment to positively contributing to the development of technical expertise in the region and the world. It also stresses that Qatar has become an important sports center in the world of football, especially since it has previously succeeded in hosting many major events, the latest of which is the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, in addition to many FIFA workshops.
