Kahramaa received ATD BEST Award for the year 2024; now considered one of the world's most prestigious organizations

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) recognized Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) with the ATD BEST Award for 2024. The Association for Talent Development (ATD), a US-based organization, bestows this award on companies that demonstrate excellence in staff development, education, and talent management.

ATD is one of the biggest organizations in the training and talent development space. Since its founding in 1943, ATD has cultivated a number of international alliances with training providers. 

Kahramaa is now considered one of the world's most prestigious organizations and businesses after being acknowledged at the association's annual conference. The "Best Learning and Development Strategy for Individuals and Talents" is highlighted by the award, which honors programs that have a major positive influence on company success.
