First, SMS messages were distributed; second, over the course of the next two weeks, in-person interviews with members of the public will be conducted. The survey will expire on June 8, 2024.
The purpose of the survey is to obtain important information on Qatari citizens' usage of contemporary digital technology and to pinpoint opportunities to enhance digital inclusivity.
In order to guarantee the accuracy of the results, which represent the needs and experiences of the community in the digital field, the ministry encouraged participation in the survey. In addition to supplying vital data to enhance digital services and advance inclusivity across Qatar, this will aid in comprehending and fulfilling the digital wants of citizens and residents.
In a statement, MCIT assured all survey respondents that their data will be handled with the highest confidentiality and strictly protected. It also stated that the data collected will only be used to improve digital services and inclusivity in the State of Qatar, as well as to help create the Digital Inclusivity Index report, which is scheduled to be released in July 2024.
