Ministry of Municipality has provided services to 28 beaches across the country for the comfort of visitors

The Ministry of Municipality has equipped 28 beaches nationwide with facilities for the benefit of tourists. Walkways, kid-friendly play areas, volleyball courts, food stands, barbecue pits, covered dining spaces, prayer spaces, showers and toilets, and lights are just a few of the offered amenities. 

The following 28 beaches are serviced: Al Shamal beach, Al Yousifiya beach, Al Arish beach, Marih beach, Ras Matbakh beach, Zekreet beach, Dukhan beach, Umm Hish beach, Umm Bab beach, Al Kharaij public beach, and Abu Samrah beach.

Additional beaches include those at Al Mafjar, Al Ghariya, Fuwairit, Al Muruna, Al Jassasiya, Al Mamlaha, Areeda, Al Farkiyah (family beach), Saf Al Touk, Ras Nouf, and Simaisma (family beach). The services were also provided at Umm Howl family beach, Sealine public beach, Al Wakrah public beach, Abu Funtas beach, Ras Abu Aboud 974 Beach, and Umm Howl beach.

It offers a variety of amenities for guests, including beach volleyball, a promenade, a green space, a covered dining area, bathrooms and showers, lights, food stalls, and a prayer place. It is open every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The beach in Al Mamlaha is exclusively for women. It is 107 km from Doha in the Al Shamal Municipality. Every day from 9 am to 10 pm, the beach is open. It offers a lot of amenities, including food stalls, bathrooms and showers, a BBQ area, and covered seating.
