Qatar Airways Group reports the strongest financial performance in its 27-year history

NewsAnnouncing record earnings of QAR6.1 billion (US$1.7 billion) in its Annual Report for the 2023–2024 financial year, Qatar Airways Group today revealed the highest financial performance in its 27-year history.
After generating QAR81 billion (US$22.2 billion) in revenue overall for the 2023–24 fiscal year, the multiple award-winning airline group recorded historic net profits of QAR6.1 billion (US$1.7 billion). This is an increase of QAR4.7 billion (US$1.3 billion) or 6% over the previous year.
At QAR19.1 billion (US$5.2 billion), the Group generated a robust EBITDA margin of 24%, approximately QAR1.2 billion (US$0.3 billion) more than the previous year. This is a result of the business's ongoing focus on customer experience, innovation, digitalization, and sustainability, which has led to streamlined, agile, and functional operations in every department.
The airline division of the Group, which transported over 40 million passengers in the fiscal year 2023–2024—a 26 percent increase over the previous year—now has a solid foundation for the future.
