Qatar Islamic Bank received the “Best App to Encourage Financial Inclusion” award for its QIB Lite App

As one of Global Finance Magazine's World Top Innovators in Finance for 2024, Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), the country's top digital bank, won the title of "Best App to Encourage Financial Inclusion" for its newly released QIB Lite App. 

The QIB Lite App, an easier-to-use, simplified multilingual version of the company's award-winning QIB Mobile App designed with simplicity of use and accessibility for workers, is the vehicle through which QIB can further facilitate financial accessibility.

Furthermore endorsing the bank's commitment to promoting equitable financial practices, QIB's financial inclusion programmes received regional recognition from EMEA Finance in March 2024, in addition to this worldwide distinction.
