Qatar offers an integrated package of incentives and facilitations to attract foreign investors

A board member of the Qatar Chamber, Eng. Ali bin Abdullatif Al Mesned, noted that Oman and Qatar have seen significant growth in their commercial and economic ties in recent years, emphasizing the variety of areas in which Omani and Qatari businesses can collaborate and form joint ventures. 

This was disclosed at a panel discussion in Doha with the theme "Investment between Qatar and Oman." 

Al Mesned further mentioned that through organizing joint committees and meetings, the chambers in Oman and Qatar support the growth of economic ties between businesses on both sides.

He emphasized the importance of the private sector in fostering trade relations between the two nations and growing economic alliances between Omani and Qatari entrepreneurs in a range of areas, including petrochemicals, tourism, and the food sector. He underlined how important it is for businesspeople in the two nations to have a consistent and reliable platform for communication.
