A new evaluation of GDP per capita adjusted for Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) shows that Qatar is now firmly among the richest nations in the world due to its outstanding economic success. first placed fourth in January 2024 according to Global Finance magazine. Qatar's prominence was further confirmed when, using statistics from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), it ranked seventh in later updates published by Forbes India and NDTV World in April 2024. Qatar's GDP per capita of $84,906 firmly establishes the country's notable economic stability and the high level of life enjoyed by its citizens, with Luxembourg topping the list with a GDP per capita of $140,312.
