Qatar Railways Company's (Qatar Rail) contact centre has won two prestigious awards from Contact Centre World, The Global Association for Contact Centre and Customer Engagement, at the 2024 Annual EMEA Regional Contact Centre World Conference, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This achievement reflects the company's excellence in customer service. 

Qatar Rail's Contact Centre received significant recognition at the EMEA Region's Global Top Ranking Performers Awards. The facility won the Silver Award for Best Public Services Centre in the MEA area and the Gold Award for Best Contact Centre Operational Manager.

The Doha Metro and Lusail Tram customer experience has been improved, and Qatar Rail has been recognised for its significant efforts in developing and improving Contact Centre services.
