NewsThe Qatar Open Innovation (QOI) flagship program, run by the Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation (QRDI) Council in partnership with MATAR, the Qatar Company for Airports Operation and Management, has launched a new open innovation opportunity to find creative, tailored, and adaptable employee programs that will improve training and development efforts. August 8, 2024 is when proposals must be submitted.
Applications for AI-generated meta cognitive assessment systems that address personalized adaptive micro-learning and improved reporting mechanisms are being invited from startups, SMEs, and corporates through this opportunity, which is being offered by QRDI Council and MATAR. By applying network analytics and data-driven insights for competence proficiency, MATAR has created a thorough competency framework for talent management that will facilitate employees' professional development and enable various organizational activities.
As stated in the QRDI Strategy 2030, the five national priority areas of energy, health, resource sustainability, society, and digital technology are where innovators and startups can find opportunities for innovation collaborations to drive economic prosperity. Through this process, market-ready solutions that address the nation's most pressing challenges are co-created and made possible by the Qatar Open Innovation program.
