The 10th Ashghal Ramadan Tournament has begun in collaboration with the federations of basketball, table tennis, football, and billiards and snooker. In the six games of football, basketball, padel, table tennis, billiards, and video games (PlayStation), more than 660 players will participate in the biggest tournament ever.
23 football teams, 18 basketball teams, 42 table tennis players, 20 padel players, 24 competing pool players, and 20 video game players will all compete in Ashghal's 10th Ramadan competition.
In this case, Abdulla Saad Al Saad (pictured), Public Relations and Communications Department Manager, confirmed that this tournament is distinct from earlier Ashghal Ramadan Tournament editions, explaining that it is the largest due to its numerous participants from its employees as well as various international and local companies.
The head of the public relations and communications department thanked the federations for football, basketball, and table tennis as well as Qatar Sports Club and the participating businesses for their assistance and support in making this tournament a success and encouraging everyone to watch the annual tournament competition.
He continued by saying that the first day of the competition would feature six football games in the first round, featuring 23 teams split into six groups and 40 matches, with the best two teams from each group moving on to the second round.
