The 11th edition of the Halal Qatar Festival was decorated in the southern square of Katara, with arts and heritage aesthetics, from the works of several female plastic artists who are inspired by the “Halal” heritage with visions and contemporary artistic methods, within the framework of the cultural and artistic events accompanying the festival, which include a studio and a plastic and visual arts competition.
