EventKatara Beach will host the 13th Katara Traditional Dhow Festival from November 28 to December 2, honouring Qatar's nautical heritage. The five-day event honours Qatar's deeply ingrained marine traditions with a colourful celebration.

The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 was held in conjunction with the 12th edition of the Katara Traditional Dhow Festival the year prior. Speaking about the goals of the festival, Prof. Dr. Al Sulaiti underlined the significance of showcasing a variety of aspects that offer insights into the historical way of life in the Gulf nations. Through a number of events and exhibits, the festival aimed to bring back traditional sea sports.
Many nations honoured the occasion last year, including Turkiye, Tanzania, Iraq, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, and India. All of these nations took part in the dhow voyage. Although the official list of nations taking part in this year's event has not yet been released, spectators may anticipate a breathtaking presentation.
