In cooperation with the General Directorate of Traffic, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) declared a five-day traffic closure at the Umm Lekhba (Landmark) Interchange on the bridge that connects Al Qaabiya Street and Al Shamal traffic heading towards Doha.
This closure will help with maintenance, which is scheduled to begin on Friday, December 15, and last through Wednesday, December 20.
It is recommended that motorists driving south on Al Qaabiya Street proceed towards the Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor and then utilise the Thani Bin Jassim Interchange to get to their destinations.
