Doha Metro & Lusail Tram announced five complimentary journeys when registering a Travel Card

Doha Metro and Lusail Tram have announced a promotion offering five free trips when registering a Travel Card. The promotion will run from September 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024. 

According to the announcement on the Doha Metro & Lusail Tram website, in order to qualify for the promotion, visitors must "register their Travel Card between September 15, 2024, and December 15, 2024, and they will automatically receive the five complimentary journeys at the end of the campaign." 

After activation, the five free trips will remain valid for three months. 

The registered Travel Card must be activated by tapping into the Lusail Tram validator or the Doha Metro gate within one month of the campaign in order to receive the free trips. 

Methods for Registering:

For Users Right Now: 

- Access the Qatar Rail app or the website to log in. 

- Select "Manage Travel Card", click "Add Card", and then input your Travel Card number, which consists of the last 11 digits.

For New Users: 

- Create an account using the Qatar Rail app or the website. 

- Just follow the on-screen directions to add your Travel Card. 

Notably, the promotion is only available to freshly registered top-up Travel Cards and is limited to one Travel Card per registered email. 

It is applicable to Goldclub and Standard Travel Cards alone; it is not applicable to Travel Cards that come with other items (such as promotional, monthly, or weekly offerings). 

There are no refunds for the five free trips.
