The official holidays for Eid Al Adha have been issued by Amiri Diwan. The vacations for ministries, other government agencies, and public institutions will start on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, and finish on Monday, July 3, 2023, according to a statement. Work will start again on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
The start and end dates of the holiday are set by His Excellency the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank in consultation with the banks and financial institutions under the bank's supervision as well as the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
