Employees and students of public and private schools gets holidays on November 6 and 7

In a social media post, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) stated that both public and private school staff and students are included in the official holidays that Amiri Diwan announced.

In honor of the State of Qatar's national unity demonstration, symbolized by the general referendum on the draft constitutional amendments to the Permanent Constitution of the State of Qatar, the Amiri Diwan stated that Wednesday and Thursday, November 6 and 7, 2024, have been designated as official holidays. Employees will return to work on Sunday, November 10, 2024.
