Fifth edition of the Qatar International Art Festival will take place at the Cultural Zone of Expo 2023 Doha at Al Bidda Park

This year, the Cultural Zone of Expo 2023 Doha in Al Bidda Park will serve as the new location for the fifth edition of the Qatar International Art Festival (QIAF). From November 20 to November 25, the yearly event with the subject "Environment and Sustainability" will take place.

One of the biggest art festivals of its kind in the nation and the region, the QIAF, is scheduled to provide a wide variety of creative experiences. The festival promises twelve unique activities that will regale guests with an abundance of creative expressions.

Events that are being planned include painting and sculpture exhibitions, the Youth International Art Exhibition, a cultural tour of Qatar, masterclasses, creative art workshops, live painting demonstrations, an art conference, a sustainable and artistic fashion show, a cultural musical evening, networking dinners, and an awards ceremony.

Eight masterclasses will be offered throughout the festival, covering a variety of subjects such as innovative methods, technology and art, artificial intelligence and art, colour therapy, musical rhythm and art, participant skill development, and digital art. An art panel discussion with the theme "The science of art, towards sustainability and environmental responsibility" is anticipated to draw a large number of notable figures.

The event took place at the Katara Cultural Village last year, showcasing the creations of 325 artists representing more than 65 different countries.
