Fourth edition of Seashore Phoenix Games 2024 will be held from September 26 to 28

The fourth edition of the Seashore Phoneix Game will return on September 26–28 for the men's competition and September 29–30 for the women's competition (which will be private and restricted to women only).

The top three Qatar National Teams of 3 (Men), Women's Team of 3 RX, and Individual Masters will also receive prizes, in addition to the top three winners in each category. The winner of each event will receive the greatest record of points (100 points). The victor will be declared as the group or person with the most points. Our goal is to identify the fittest individuals and teams in the area, as well as the fittest Qatari nationals.

The competition specializes in functional fitness and is divided into 5 categories:

3Master's Men 40+ (Men)

Individual RX (Women)

5Teams of 3 RX (Women)

 Team of 2 Rookies (Women)
