Fourth edition of the annual Qatar Balloon Festival will be held at the Katara Cultural Village from December 7 to 18

The Katara Cultural Village will host the fourth edition of the renowned annual Qatar Balloon Festival (QBF), which draws thousands of onlookers, from December 7 to December 18.

QBF will provide a wide range of entertaining activities for guests of all ages, just like in past editions. In addition to the over fifty hot air balloons in all sizes, forms, and hues that will be on exhibit, there will be a family section with activities for kids to enjoy and inflatable castles.

A VIP Majlis will be activated, for privileged visitors, while an international street food court will provide cuisine to the public.

Balloon rides in the morning will begin at sunrise from several take-off locations, and the itinerary will be decided one night in advance depending on the direction of the wind and the weather. Following the festival's social media handles will provide location updates for those interested in witnessing the simultaneous takeoff of fifty hot air balloons.
