Google Pay, the fastest digital payment app, is now available in Qatar. Qatar Central Bank has announced that customers can use 'Google Pay' to transfer money through various banks in the country. Google Pay, which is widely accepted in the world, has completed security checks and has been approved for use by various banks in the country.
Following this, all leading banks in the country such as Qatar National Bank, Commercial Bank, Dukhan Bank and Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) have announced that the Google Pay system will be available to their customers through their accounts. Customers were notified via social media and SMS messages on Tuesday afternoon.
You can download the 'G Pay' application from the Apple Store and register with your bank details. Banks are introducing Google Pay with the promise that transactions can be completed safely and quickly.
To set up Google Pay, customers must first download the Google Wallet app from Google Play. Google Wallet, a digital wallet that stores cards, loyalty cards, boarding passes and more for Google Pay, is launching today in Qatar. Then, follow the instructions in the app. They can also set up Google Pay on the web at pay.google.com. Once the card is added, users do not need to re-enter their payment information. They simply select Google Pay at checkout, confirm the purchase, and pay.
