Great Places to Work Middle East has recognised 15 companies operating in Qatar with excellent working conditions

Excellent working conditions have been consistently demonstrated by Qatar-domiciled enterprises in the region. Great Places to Work Middle East has identified fifteen companies that are based in Qatar among the top 200 winners this year. 

The top 30 multinational, top 100 small and medium, and top 70 large organizations were identified in the 2024 Best Workplaces in Asia ranking. A few of the businesses occupying the positions from Qatar are Hilton, BDP International, Apparel Group, MAERSK, Leminar, and Al Mana Restaurants & Food Co.

The rating, according to insiders, is predicated on "confidential survey data," with over 2.7 million employee replies reflecting the experiences of over 6.9 million workers in the region. 

The ranking of the employees was determined by their individual feedback, which was derived from their experiences with trust, innovation, business values, and leadership. 

This year's list of graded organizations features a greater proportion of workers who reported having a favorable work experience.
