The Cultural Village Foundation, located in Katara, has declared that the Halal Festival will take place in the southern region of the city from February 21 to 26. In addition to the three categories of Arab sheep, Syrian sheep, and occasionally goats, the new festival also has an auction and side activities with pavilions set aside for creative workshops and industrious families.
The Chairman of the Festival's Organising Committee, Salman Al Nuaimi, expressed his joy at the festival's relaunch in its new format. Because of the unique economic platform it offers for showcasing and acquiring the best varieties of halal sheep and goats as well as introducing their benefits and specifications, the festival has established its prestigious position among breeders from Qatar and the Arab Gulf countries.
