Hamad International Airport has extended its facilities, introduced new recreational offers, and embraced cutting-edge technology in the last year. Furthermore, the ORCHARD, a tropical garden located near the airport's north end and meant to evoke emotions of well-being and peace, continues to astonish visitors.
Looking ahead, phase B of the airport expansion is now under construction and, when finished, would expand the airport's capacity to more over 70 million people per year. The airport, as the gateway to the State of Qatar and the Middle East, continues to solidify its position as the airport of choice among global travellers.
