Hamad International Airport launches Passenger Digital Assistance Kiosks, aimed at enhancing the travel experience for passengers

To improve customers' travel experiences, Hamad International Airport (DOH) partnered with Atos and Royal Schiphol Group to provide Passenger Digital Assistance Kiosks. Travellers will have a pleasant experience thanks to these kiosks' simple access to information, navigational help, and live video conversations to customer support representatives.

The kiosks provide a navigational airport map and are multilingual with 20 language choices. They offer information on flights, airport amenities, shopping and dining options, and passenger events taking place at the airport.
