Hamad International Airport (DOH) unveiled a new uniform for its customer service staff. This uniform honors the airport's recent tenth anniversary and represents a new strategy for its expansion goals, which include improving customer service and empowering its employees.
Starting today, the new uniform will be worn by more than 350 customer service representatives at Hamad International Airport.
Sheikha Zulfa Al Thani, a Qatari designer, won the competition with a design that was modern, dynamic, and utilitarian, drawing inspiration from the iconic emblem of Hamad International Airport.
The new uniform's many versions are amiable, approachable, and instantly recognizable to travelers in the vast terminal of Hamad International Airport.
The new uniform and the implementation of a consistent approach through training and development are components of the customer service transformation.
Both of these programs seek to strengthen ties and create a friendly atmosphere for the airport's expanding international clientele.
