Jusour launches new website offering several services and programmes to boost the labour market

NewsQatar Manpower Solutions Company's (Jusour) launched new website, which offers a number of services and initiatives to strengthen the labour market and provide businesses and local talent with more chances. According to a statement released by the firm yesterday, Jusour Eng. Abdulhadi Bakhit Barqan, CEO, launched the website at Web Summit Qatar 2024 in front of several investors and entrepreneurs. Jusour will be attending the Web Summit. Jusour's involvement is part of a comprehensive plan that began with the summit's inauguration yesterday.
Jusour sponsored the start of the PITCH tournament. Emerging startups compete at Web Summit, showcasing their concepts and tactics to a panel of judges made up of founders from globally recognised businesses.
Qatar is regarded as the eighth most open nation in the world in terms of granting visas, and it leads the Arab world in entrepreneurship as measured by the Global Entrepreneurship Index.
In addition to the PITCH competition continuing Wednesday, February 28, there will be an announcement on the competitors' qualifying for the main stage competition semi-finals on the same day. The Jusour programming plan for the last day, February 29, comprises Pavilion Startup Qatar and the PITCH competition's final round, with the competition finals taking place on the main stage at 12:30 p.m. At 3:30 pm, the PITCH competition winner will be revealed.
During the Web Summit, Jusour will be showcasing several focused programmes from its portfolio, such as the "Sahim" programme, which aims to allow graduates of recognised Qatari universities and colleges to work part-time jobs and extend their residency.
