The “Street Child World Cup 2022” exhibition was opened by the Cultural Village Foundation, Katara, yesterday. The opening was led by Saif Saad Al Dosari, Director of Human Resources Department and a number of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors, at its Building 47.
The exhibition is held in collaboration with Qatar Charity and sponsored by a UK-based charity, and is aimed to emphasise the power of sport and art to express children who face various challenges in order to draw attention to them and change their reality in key areas, including access to education, protection against violence, equality, and birth registration.
Through art exhibitions, Katara is keen to showcase distinguished artistic experiences, whether from artists, institutions or entities, to present in each of them a diverse artistic and humanitarian message that is consistent with its vision of building bridges of communication between different cultures and peoples.
