Cultural Village Foundation- Katara launched the 4th edition of its International Exhibition for Kahraman (amber) at Building 12 in the village. There has been an increase in involvement this year as seen by the exhibitors' participation, which has increased to 70 pavilions from 50 last year. Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, General Manager of Katara, emphasised the importance of the exhibition since its launch in 2019. It is now the largest amber-only event in Qatar and the second-largest international exposition of its kind worldwide, after one in Poland.
This year's premiere is purposefully timed to coincide with the AFC Asian Cup in order to attract a wide range of viewers from both home and foreign markets. Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Turkiye, China, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Dominican Republic are among the participating nations.
The Katara International Exhibition for Kahraman is still Qatar's flagship display for amber, maintaining its position as the second-biggest event globally in this particular field, behind Poland's illustrious show.
