Ministry of Foreign Affairs received an innovation award from Microsoft for tireless efforts in security solutions

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs received an innovation award from Microsoft, in recognition of its tireless efforts to benefit from cloud computing security solutions to create the "Guests of the State" platform in record time and support the aspirations of Qatar to host huge international events.

The award was received by the Director of Information Technology at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Naemi from General Manager at Microsoft Qatar Lana Khalaf, during a visit by a delegation from the global company to the ministry's headquarters.

This award represents an appreciation of the confidence placed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Microsoft as a partner for digital transformation and in its modern technologies, which are in line with the Ministry's vision in anticipating the importance of using modern cloud computing solutions to achieve its goals, and its continuous efforts in developing and implementing strategic plans to accelerate the adoption of modern and advanced technology, as well as applying best practices and improving the digital capabilities of the Ministry's employees to make the most of technology to raise productivity and efficiency, to advance digital transformation in the Ministry.
