As part of Doha Healthcare Week, Hamad Medical Corporation's mobile blood donor units will visit various locations.
Starting from tomorrow, the mobile donor unit will visit different places every day. The unit will operate from 9 am to 2 pm at the Qatar Foundation Primary Health Center on September 29. He will then visit Bait Al Diyafa Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City on September 30 from 8am to 2pm and Al Khor Mall Main Gate (Gate 3) on October 1 from 4pm to 8pm.
It will be held on October 2 at Qatar Red Crescent Masheerab Galleria and Al Waqra Health Center Female Entrance from 9am to 2pm.
The donor unit will operate at Sidra Medical VIP entrance near the outpatient clinic from 8 am to 2 pm on the last day.
To be able to donate blood, a donor must be healthy, not less than 17 years old, no significant chronic diseases or previous infections, body weight not less than 50 kg and hemoglobin level not less than 13 grams. 12.5 g for men and women. On the day of donation, the donor should be free from fever, cough or any other symptoms of infection and they should have enough hours of sleep.
