MoEHE urged parents to participate in the comprehensive educational survey for the academic year 2023-24

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) asked parents to take part in the comprehensive educational survey for the academic year 2023–2024. This is because of the  its significance in shaping the educational system, raising educational standards, and enhancing educational policies,

As vital partners in the country's educational process, which benefits students, the MoEHE stated that the guardians' participation in the comprehensive educational survey offers them a chance to voice their opinions and make a significant contribution to the process's development. This occurred during a QNA interview with Nasser Zaid Al Yafei, the MoEHE's Director of the School Evaluation Department. He talked about the phases of the comprehensive educational survey, its target audiences, its methods of implementation, how to participate in it, the analysis of its findings, and the applications for which it can be applied.

According to Al Yafei, the comprehensive educational survey consists of a series of questionnaires that are administered yearly to all stakeholders involved in the educational process in State of Qatari schools, including students, teachers, principals, parents, and kindergartens. The survey is carried out by the School Evaluation Department, which is represented by the MoEHE's Evaluation Affairs Sector. 

According to him, it consists of a series of questions that are used to calculate various indicators that gauge how satisfied parents, students, and teachers are with the calibre of the educational process used in public or private schools in Qatar, as well as the calibre of educational and pedagogical services provided in those institutions.
