Metroexpress services will now be expanded to provide more coverage and convenience across Lusail, according to Mowasalat (Karwa). Metroexpress services will cover more of Lusail, including Al Maha Island, as of August 28, 2024.
Riders may request trips from Marina North, Tarfat South, Tarfat North, and Wadi stations. This service is exclusive to the Karwa Taxi App.
The following guidelines have to be followed by commuters for the service:
1. Start by downloading the Karwa Taxi application.
2. Click the "metroexpress" tab.
3. Indicate how many passengers are doing the trip.
4. Make a ride request and wait for the vehicle to arrive at the agreed-upon pickup location.
Mowasalat highlighted that Metroexpress is a complimentary service that can only be utilised with Doha Metro and Lusail Tram.
